DO YOU TAKE BULK FLOWER ORDERS?
Yes, we require two weeks notice, (we want a finalised list of which types of flowers you want and how many bunches) at the very latest the Saturday one week before your event. This is the best way for us to be able to fill your order.
We require a 20% deposit for orders over $100 or $20 on anything under. Once you’ve completed the order list we can calculate the deposit for you and you can pay either via credit card over the phone, or face to face in store.
This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the travel to the markets to collect the flowers, our time compiling your order (upwards of 30 mins - 1 hour per order) and in the case that you’ve ordered something in such bulk that we would not normally be able to sell ourselves - we lose money on flowers we don’t need.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?
Yes we deliver, please call the shop to place orders for local deliveries Monday to Friday.
DO YOU DO WEDDING BOUQUETS & DECORATIONS?
We currently only offer a very limited bouquet service. We do NOT do weddings that require on site activations installations or delivery. Our offering is bouquets, pickup in store. Please email tugunfruitandflowers@gmail.com with your date you would be collecting & your requirements with some inspo photos.

WHICH DAYS ARE THE BEST DAYS FOR FLOWERS?
Our flowers come in fresh from the Brisbane markets every Monday and Thursday. These are carefully selected days as we know these are the days that the freshest flowers are available.
We have two state of the art coldrooms to store our flowers. Almost everything we stock we buy for the longevity. Nearly everything in our store is guaranteed to approximately 7 days.
